As CEO of Aqua-Terr Systems Inc. (ATSI), I lead a wetland permitting firm that has been helping builders stay on schedule since 1992. With over 15 years in environmental consulting, sales, and operations—including a 175% revenue growth as Sales Director by scaling the company into adjacent markets—I bring clarity to complex regulatory landscapes most overlook. ATSI delivers end-to-end solutions: from feasibility assessments and multi-agency permits (JARPA, SEPA, ESA) to field surveys, permit-ready reports, as well as project management, installation, and mitigation close out.
